It might be the format again. The message says something about .ini. I posted it a few messages back. The files that I can see are ".zip.bc!"

The ini is a file that tells your xbox whare to look for the roms not a file format.

I'm thinking that the format is the problem again though. Like last time when I erased the .smc from the end, but I'm not sure what to convert these into. I'm thinking .n64, but some sites are saying .zip, which did not work. I'm reading up on it ad not finding much other than useless info.

They are in the .zip format on my laptop. I am getting them from the other computer right now. They are indeed in .z64. I forgot about them being on my other PC still. I will try them that way.

Ok, all ROM's for Surreal64 should be in .z64 format. The newer versions of Surreal can read .zip I believe, but it has been known to cause a few probs.
As for the .ini, its called surreal.ini, found in the folder containing the executable etc on your PC.
Final, I don't know if you saw that post from the last page, but I have no XBOX related materials on my PC, but the roms. That's it. All of the info I post is straight from the box. Sorry for the confusion.

No koots i think what cloud is saying is if you ftp in to the emu folder and pull a copy of the ini file you can use a text app to read it and it wold tell you what ver. N64 your running.

Exactly.
If in doubt, I think most people use v1.0. I'm sure I speak for everyone here when we say we don't encounter problems on that version and it seems to be the most stable.

Mine shows the pictures, do have to have my roms in F:\ROMS though. Not that its a problem having them there.
Don't play my N64 emulator much these days. Currently playing through my Final Fantasy VI (III) on my SNES emulator. Real easy to see how FFVII came about, VI has all the platforms and base that it was built on. Menu system, items etc.
Anyway, I digress. You need to know anything about Surreal, just give us a post here.
