Yep you heard me correctly!!!! My wife has been talking non-stop about wii this and wii that and I was in wal-mart looking to buy a digital camera and when I asked the lady for a certain model she said we don't have it up here but let me check in back. When she walked back in the stockroom which placed me right close to the wii video game area. There sitting in the display case was a brand new in box wii which is pretty uncommon due to thier popularity and lack of production. Anyhow the lady comes out and says she doesn't have my digital camera. So I decided what the heck...I will get the wii and my wife can play with it. So we get it home and hook it up and I gotta say its not bad at all. I can surf the web with it and the wii sports game that comes with it is very entertaining. Needless to say my wife hasn't got much play time with it. LOL!!! Anyhow I gotta say for the money it is a killer machine. Anyhow I have decided to let my wife play it now. You guys have a good evening and let me know how many of you are playing with your wii!!!!

Yep me and DeAnna have already made our mii's and yes I am playing alot of bowling. I have bowled in real life ever since I was a kid so I know the real thing and I gotta say besides the weight of the ball in your hand the steps and throwing style I use in real bowling really translates to the wii bowling!!! Its a amazing machine for the price I payed for it. The graphics are not 360 beautiful but they are still really good. Also I am a old school game freak so the fact I can download all the oldies but goodies games for about 5 bucks each is a definite plus!!!! I gotta say that buying the wii has been one of my better moves.

Well really if you think about it hopefully the video game industry does go more towards motion and sensory sensation. Only then will we attain the coveted virtual reality. Plus I think that putting motion in to games might solve the rampant obesity issues currently plaguing our society. But that is just my thoughts on the issue don't mind me.

The motion style is what will move gameing to the next level but its going to take a lot of time and better games, dont get me wrong i like the wii but it tends to get old fast.
I like it like i do drinking, just sometimes and a lot at one time.
But i dont think its going to help the fat folks out there drop the pounds i have seen to maney guys that could stand to drop a pound or two set on the chair and flick ther arm, not stand up and do it in any way that wold help them.
But hay moveing your arm without a spoon in it is a start right.
Sales do show the world loves them some wii.

ok ive never played the Wii, so im not gonna knock summin before i try it...but if u ask me, motion gaming went out a long time ago...u guys remember in the 80's when they had the motion games?? yeah they were expensive as hell and they never really took off haha but who knows man it is a new generation of gaming _________________

I kid you not man this is the real deal when it comes to the motion stuff. I have bowled for years and using the exact same moves in bowling that I do in real life works on the wii bowling. It's pretty darn cool. Plus the fact that it has old school games helps alot. Also some of the new games are pretty cool. I really like the fact that if my wife is on the laptop I can jump on the wii and still get on the net and check out HQ or my email or whatever website I wish to peruse. I mean for 250 bucks it is the best system I have bought in a long time. I guarantee if you try it you will definetly like it. You might feel silly but you will definetly have fun. And the big bonus is my wife loves it! So if I am in my room playing halo 3 team slayer she can chill out in the living room and play the wii. You gotta love that.

The flying game Heat Seeker owns, if you get a chance to buy or rent it defenitly do it the graphics are REALLY good for bein the Wii and the motion control is really good too. Zelda Twilight Princess is also pretty amazing and the story is awesome, you defenitly need to get it man it makes every other Zelda game look like a joke story and game play wise. I agree with you the Wii is an amazing console especially for the price and you get a game with it. BTW isn't the inbox thing that tells you what games you played that day, how long you played them, and where you can leave little messages and reminders for your significant other kids etc.. pretty tight. I love my Wii and I play it more than my Xbox nowadays, its just more fun I think and Guitar Hero 3 is gonna be on it which has to be the best news I've heard in about a year. _________________

speaking of guitar hero....that rockband game came out...heard it sucked...but i havent played it yet...looks badass tho...but like i said before i wont knock summin till i try it........then they have that guitar hero 80's crap....that game sucks...but guitar hero 3 will be the best game out for 360 in my opinion (besides halo 3) and Halo 3 is getting boring to me b/c im a level 33 and have trouble getting matched up haha... _________________

You should really check out Mario Strikers. Its by far the best game I've played for wii yet. Its like NFL Blitz, but with Soccer. Personally I hate Soccer, but Strikers is one fun game. You run around kicking the ball, and when you're on defense you get to hit everyone around. _________________

Rock Bands not too bad its just extremely expensive, about $1200 I belive with all the instruments. Becase its Midnights solo is way harder than Jordans and if it was as long as Jordans solo it be ridiculous and most people wouldn't beat it. Play With Me is the funnest song I've played on GH including all the custom tracks I've played & created. I'm with ya on GH3 bein the best game thats gonna be on the 360, I believe it'll be much better than Halo 3. I just got burnt on Halo 3 right after beating it.
