Good afternoon guys - Does anybody know what steps I could take to figure out why certain video files won't play? It isn't limited to a specific format, but its mostly .vob files. Some work, most don't. I used GSpot to analyze the files, and here is a example of a file that won't play -

Can anybody figure out why 1 will play and 1 won't? I updated to the latest release of XBMC and I get the same results. I'mm click to play the file, and then it says "please wait" and then goes back to the file listing....I tried the "open with" option also and that didn't help either.
thanks for any suggestions or tricks!

If you're using the latest T3CH XBMC SVN build I've heard there are some issues with what it'll play you could try an older version or get Xbox Media Player and see if it can play the files. _________________
