Re boot with the aid disc in and see if it can launch it.

If it wont launch try to ftp your xbox.

Use the aid filemanager to look at your C drive and post all the files and folders here so i can see whats stoping the bootup.

oh i installed ms dash from a menu but i now get ablack screen with 21 in the left corner an green letters

It cant find your dash, stop installing things you dont understand.

and post whats in your C drive so i can see whats going on.
