I looked in to it and it looks like the hosting server is down, sorry man just got to wait for it to get fixed the your download will start again.

wes, when my xbox was losing power i got a error 16 and 13 some boots. but when i took my Y splitter out to try straight power i had gotten no error at all, which i couldnt understand either.

Theres a setting to automatically reset the clock or something like that and I think that might be what causes this to happen. Not sure just a guess, but I've always changed this setting and I've never had a prob once I did it. Theres another setting also about goin to the M$ dash to set the clock or somethin like that. _________________

No man the error comes from leveing it unpluged for too long and the back up power runs out, most xboxs you got about 5 hours unplug time.

BTW, is there a way to increase that time, like replace the cap with 2 AA's... if not we need to try

I was putting up my new sig, and not that i know of i mean you can get bioses that let you remove the clock check.
Some one said something about replaceing it with a batt befor but if your xbox is like mine i dont want to take it apart just to replace the batt when it dies.

I've left my boxes unplugged for over a week at a time and nevr had this prob. If you did a softmod wouldn't the easiest way to fix the error be to load up the splinter cell etc.. and turn the softmod off so it goes to the M$ dash and so you can set the time like back b4 it was modded?? _________________

No if you got an error 16 then you cant use the ms dash, best bet is if it will launch aid reinstall MS dash, and if it wont boot a disc hotswap.

Glad I've never got error 16 then. That be such a pain. I think I'm gonna go plug all my Xboxes back in now. lol. Seriously though I wonder why I've never got it??? _________________
