Yep here in Texas you hardly hear about someone breaking into someone's house. Too many people have guns around here and aren't afraid to use them. My house sits about 100 feet back from my front entrance gate. On my gate I have two signs...Beware of dog and on the other side it says Trespassers will be shot first and then ask what thier intentions are later. Also on my front door is a sign that says if you can read this your in range. So anyhow I don't really worry about someone breaking into my house.

Look what happened in Australia when they got rid of all legal guns. Violent crime skyrocketed. Im not a gun nut, far from it. Its just common sense though that if law abiding citizens dont have guns, it dosnt mean the criminals dont. _________________

Mail people always laugh when they see my signs. They think they are cool. I don't mind people coming into my yard if they have good intentions. But I let the bad people know that if they have any thoughts of doing harm to my family or house that they will not have to worry about going to jail......just the morgue. Nuff said

I got a why do the laws say you cant have a switch blade on you?
I got a few and the cops say you can have it just not on you in public.
But you get a zip flip blade and thats ok, but most of them are just as fast as my switch blades?

Balisong or the more used word butterfly knives are illegal too which makes no sense to me whatsoever. The cops don't even know why they are illegal they just tell you they are. I mean I have a work knife that I can have out of my pocket and open and in someone's ribcage a hell of alot faster then I can open my butterfly knife. It just makes no sense whatsover. Sometimes I think they make anything that was cool in movies illegal just to keep kids from using them in real life. Prime examples are the switchblade, nunchukua and throwing stars. Not that you are going to keep anyone from carrying something if they wish to carry it. My Sensei once told me that a pair of nunchukuas in the hands of a master can crush a man's skull but a hammer in the hands of anyone can smash bricks to dust. His meaning was that why carry something that is so illegal when so many legal things can be used. Anyhow I ramble. Nuff said

great point rebel...not really sure why butterflies and switchblades are illegal but they are....its like u said, u can have a pocket knife stuck in someone just as quick as it would take u to pull out a switchblade or butterfly... crazy....idk tho guys, i mean if u wanna carry one of em bad enuff your goin to....and unless the cops see u use it or u get searched for some odd reason no one will even know that u have it....so wtf? lol _________________

Thats priceless...HA..
In response to switchblades and butterflies.... you can buy assisted opening knives which are pretty much very close to a switchblade...
They open in like a tenth of a second.
We sell them at Wal-Mart... I have a Kershaw that to me...it's a frigging switchblade! Same with my Buck that I have
