Ok I pissed my buddy of and we made a bootable disc awatpd. We ran the program and unlocked the HDD using the master password (TEAMASSEBLY) and it stated OK. So ran home thinking life is great again, but it still won't read it.
I also have a backup erporm text file outside my back-up folder (1.6V back-up the softmod):
1. EEPROMbackupBeforeLock.txt (outside the folder and states my Version Xbox 1.1V)
2. hddinfo.txt (with in the folder of the 1.6v back-up).
Could this text file be the key I need to input to my mobo to read my locked HDD?
Could I use confimagic to manually type the eeprom into the mobo?
If so how would I be able to do this?

If the xbox will boot a disc just put config magic on cd rw or dvd-r and boot it, and let me know how that works out for you man.

No it won't...I am thinking to put the softmodded OEM HDD in and use configmajic and manually input the eeprom and load it. I am shocked configmajic reflashed my stock mobo eeprom chip???? Wow did I ever do the dumbest thing ever. How can I tell if both txt files aren't the same backup? To tell you the truth i did not know that config could reflash the eeprom at all.

if you have the hddinfo.txt file use the hdd unlock key in there to unlock and disable locking on the drive. The DOS program is called HDDUNLOCK. You could also possibly use Unlockx.

I don't know if I truly do have the key. I moved around a bit and lost all my backups and I had to reinstall my OS on my apple. This happen to lose all the backup files for my xbox. The only backup file set I have is for the xbox 1.6V. This xbox was my second one and I softmodded it.
Well I upgraded my harddrive on the softmodded xbox using my chip xbox. I being old and out of the game reflashed my 1.1V xbox mobo to the 1.6V eeprom.
Now my WD HDD is locked and the chipped xbox won't go passed the bios. I have used awapwd to unlock the WD HDD, but it didn't unlock it and the xbox still won't go passed the bios.
I have 1 file set with all the bins, but thats for the 1.6V. I do have a EEPROMbackuptext outside the folder set. I don't know if they are the same. What do you think?
