I was thinking of installing Gentoox so I could use Firefox and hopefully a updated flash to watch videos off some web sites. Has anyone tried this app and how did go? Can I use it to surf net?
I tried Xdsl and all went well EXCEPT you cant update a old FF so no flash and no video.
Let me know how i went. I have also posted on XBMC script page in case some scripter wants to make a script of some of teh video sites I like. But I hate waitin for someone to make it it would be easier to use another app.

I have never tried Gentoox, but i have tried ciprofloxin. Worked great for my gonorrhea, maybe you could try that instead Smile

All joking aside, i was thinking of installing Ubuntu or something on my xbox. Would it be quite slow though and do you just install it as another app or will it wipe stuff from your hard drive to install it?

I have read that it has 3 options for Gentoox. install on E,F or Native F
E needs at least 4.5 gigs free space
F just installs on F no lost data.
Native F wipes F drive b4 is installs.
