Is there a program or something to use? Can you do this in XBMC? Ive been trying to figure this out, but of course all that comes up with google are links about the xbox360 and its cache issues.

In your Cdrive youll find a folder named cache, just delete all the crap in it.

Might have one in your F too but most folks dont.
the cache folder is on the E drive not the C drive.
Boot the AID disc and use the built in file manager to delete the files in the following folder
E:\CACHE

And its possible for the files to be a drag on my xbox? n They get loaded first or something?

Damn man how did i not see that i put the C drive
Oh well any way yeah man if the cache gets full of crap it can make your games and apps stop loading, its like letting cookies and temp files build up in your pc.
