i have my xbox connected to my computer with ftp

No and you woldent want to really it wold run slow and choppy and lode times wold be pure crap.
You can run most roms from your pc with ok turn out. Very Happy

Only roms or games to ? and what program do i need to have to run a rom?

Well that depends on what roms you want to run but for the most part you need an emulater.

Yeah there are really no Xbox "emulators" for PC. Its too new of a system. Well there are but they are all experimental and most are abandoned. Plus it would probably run terrible so I suggest just playing on the Xbox lol.
