hey buddy
well i had a lot of good people who helped on this thread so im going to try to return the favor with their knowledge that they gave me to help you
what i did was put surreal in my "games" file under my E drive. once there, surreal loaded better than it did under "emulators".
anyways, i unzipped all my games. i just highlighted them all, right click and went to "extract to" and it will make a folder of all the unzipped games. once you did that (shouldnt take more than a few minutes tops) i went into the surreal folder and put the games i unzipped (make sure you open the folder first before copying the games to the surreal emulator folder) into the roms folder.
after that everything went smoothly and didnt have a problem!
just be aware that its a pain in the tushy surreal because you have to make sure you have the right "emulator" running. there are 3 1964 (i think thats what its called??), ultra, and project64. i use project for all my roms and they seem to work ok. the only ones i use the ultra for are zelda.
i have yet to encounter another problem except for the ocassional dead rom.
hope that helps! if you have any more questions or i didnt explain something properly, all the guys here are totally terrific and can get you on the right track!

Just get the latest versio of surreal theres alot of bug fixes and you just stick the roms in the rom folder. If you didn't notice with some games it'll have a star over project 64 ultra hle or 1964 the one with the star is the one you wanna use since it always runs that rom the best out of the 3 and sometimes is the only one that actually can run the rom. _________________

Try puttin the emu in E: emus or make one in F: and and put it there. I've never had a problem gettin mine to work this way on any Xbox I have ever done. Did you ever get the newest Surreal 64 XXX BTW; this is what I use so none of this might work if you don't have it. _________________

I downloaded the roms that i got from a torrent site.
And it was in a map off xbox games, so esseumd it
was the correct one.
When the download was complete i extract the file's to
my documents map and from there on i ftp'd them to
the xbox, f:\games, (f:\apps\emulator).
Next where the game's, i ftp'd them to f:\games\surreal64\roms,
(f:\apps\emulator\surreal64\roms).
I used WS_FTP95 to transferd all the data.
I also try'd to adjust some data in the INI file, to
let the game now where the roms went, the adjustment
was done in WS_FTP.
I also had a strange thing at one time, the games couldn't
been seen in the surreal game emulator, buth the did show
up in the snes9x games emulator.
I believe that was when i had the dvd (whit the roms on it)
in the D: drive.
Buth i couldn't do anything whit it, the popup was saying
there was problem or error whit the file.
Of course because the where the wrong extension, the where
all .v64 or .z64.
Do the PC roms have the same extension as the Xbox game's?
I did found out that in the map i dowloaded, there was a emulator.
Buth i don't now what to do with it, it's a EXE file, so now i am
realy starting to believe it's a PC emulator

Yep you got yourself a PC emulator. Go to eurasia and download the newest version of Surreal 64 XXX as for your roms those are fine I don't believe there really is PC specific roms since they're just the game the emulator is what has to be patched to work on the Xbox so your roms should be fine. Just get you the new surreal install to your emu folder and put the roms in the rom folder inside surreal. Don't worry if your roms don't show up at first you have to hit the the little reload roms icon b4 they will show up the 1st time usually. _________________

The reload roms button is kinda a uncomplete circle with an arrow at the end it should be at the top right or bottom right. _________________
