Yep you heard it right. I am happier playing my original xbox then I ever was playing my 360. Now keep in mind I have had to return my 360 7 times Which thank god for that little product replacement plan that best buy has for 40 dollars. Best 40 dollars I have spent in a long time. If something craps out on my 360 I just pack it up and take it to best buy and they replace it no questions asked. Just as long as the case hasnt been opened or modded. Anyhow I was playing GUN last night until 3am in the morning and having more fun then I have had in a long time. Also my games are so much funner now that I don't have to worry about so long of a loading time. Not that xbox was ever slow loading compared to the ps2. Anyhow I also have rediscovered alot of old games that I bought because they were on sale and put them away to play later. I guess when they finally fix all the problems with the 360 it will be more then a 400 dollar door stopper. Well off to my room to play some Halo!!!! Man will there ever be a game as good as Halo ever again?

I hardy ever play my old xbox, i play my 360 on xbox live. I just like having my modded xbox around for camping/traveling, going to events, or friends houses. I just like having it around since it has all of my old xbox games on there plus the emulators. I do play my 360 alot more than my xbox though, So i don't know where your coming from
Note: I think halo 1 and 2 are awesome games, halo 3 beta was bad though. _________________

Okay well here is where I am coming from with the 360. I have never had a xbox break down on me. I have had 7 360's red light on me. I could understand if I was putting it in a enclosed area or over the fireplace or something stupid but my 360 has it's own little shrine area where it can breathe just fine and the power supply is in it's own little breathable area. When you are trying to play oblivion or gears or war or some other game and its freezing on you,frame glitching and kicking out so much hot air that you start sweating in the room you are in it gets kinda old. Then you turn it off to let it cool down and it sounds like firecrackers going off because it is so hot and cooling down makes it make cracking noises. Then when you let it cool down and go to turn it on again and it gives you the red ring of doom it gets really old. And don't even try to call microsoft because for one you will not be able to understand the operator because thier accent is so bad...but then they just tell you well send it in and you might get it back in a month or so.So that is where I am coming from on the 360. is the reaction I have when my 360 red lights on me.

Ive had my 360 since December 2006 and the only problem ive had so far is a freeze everyweek or so. Never had to send it in or return it. So your just unlucky. _________________

Hmm, has he upgraded anything? That may be why. I have the XCM fan kit and the addon fan in my xbox, plus some of the thermal paste is taken off of the heatsinks. It makes my CPU and GPU about 30 F cooler than without it. _________________

I hope by the time I get my 360 they'll have this BS sorted out. If there was a better console, Id get it instead. I can only handle the Wii for about an hour before I get sick of waiving my arms around and the PS3 dosnt exactly excite me. Microsoft is just lucky they have some killer titles to keep the fan base after all the crap they had to go through with their console. _________________

No he has it like it was out the box no whare dose it say you need to add a butt lode of crap to keep it cool it should just work with out buying a bunch of bells and whisles for it.

ya there is alot of problems with the 360 which do suck because the graphics are so freaking sweet on it. Just add 2 120mm fans to the side of the case upgrade the old fans and then add the xcm add on fan shit also throw in the inter cooler lets keep it going add 100 freaking fans or a water cooling system that cost sames as the 360 itself cost lmao. M$ needs to make a game called Lets Hear The Loud Fans. I have 2 1 is a complete peice of junk that i have to try and get returned and the other is giveing me problems but total paying is $80 so i would not be out that bad if they both go. _________________ The one the only Scarface!!
