Yeah you have to watch it for awhile and pay attention to what is going on. Kinda like the sixth sense. It's kinda like a roller coaster ride,starts out slow and then goes liquid fast and when you get off you are like wow that was cool. But anyhow I can't wait for the finished product on that xbox case. Isn't it funny how everyone hear can think of really cool things to do to the xbox but microsoft couldn't? edit: if you manualy open the dvd rom, you can mask off the tray and paint it that way. _________________

I think it looks amazing!!! I wouldn't change a thing to tell you the truth. The drive tray looks pretty good being black in my humble opinion. I think you did a great job and you should be very proud of yourself. Congrats for making a dull xbox shine!!!

If you did want to paint the dvd bezel, all you need to do is open the drive and use your thumb and middle finger. push down on the tray with your thumb, push up on the bezel with your middle finger. if works best if you do it on the side near the middle of the xbox. _________________ XCM Halo 2 blue case

Hey, I'm back! Again....
Anyway, for the DVD drive, you can pull off the front so that you can paint the face without messing with the drive itself, you just have to force the face to lift up from the DVD, basically thumbs under the plate, then the rest of the hand on the top of the drive, then push it up. WOOT, easy fix. And if you can, I'd put XBox-HQ otherwise just HQ will work. Looks excellent I must say... But you should've got redvines or skittles.
