ok i modded my xbox with a x3 and now ive been getting errors of 07
hd timed out also somehow erased the original bios on it
is there a fix for this ...yes im a newb at this first install

Hdd timed out did you go over all your ide cable connections?
Look at whare it hooks to the mother board then check the dvd drive and hdd make sure thay all fit snug.
If you got an ide cable laying around might try swoping it to see if the xbox ide cable has a short in it. Very Happy

If your bios is out of wack just try a new bank i think the X3ce has like 15 banks on it.

the x3 has flashbios 3.0.1 flash to banks 1234 as well as backup bank (power eject at same time)
it all so has flashbios 3.0.3 on banks 5678 if you have a v1.6b and you flash over these banks you will not be able to reflash your chip you will need to do a hotswap or install chip into a v1.0 to v1.6 xbox then reflash flashbios 3.0.3 to it
