i've been running Vista ultimate for almost a year now and i love it and i can't go back to XP now......

If you allready have it I say keep it. I'm used to XP and dont really like vista right now. I'm sure if I had it and spent time getting used to it I'd like it. _________________

Vista still has a lot incompatibilities right now, so i'd stay with XP

My pc came with a vista disc but no one has said one thing about vista that makes me think its worth installing it, if any thing it sounds like its just a pain to update all the aap's that vista wont run.

i have never played with 98 but from talking to frinds that have thy say it is for me its kinda a cros betwen xp and me me just made no sens and xp worked grate for me and vista sume things work grat and sum things make no sens i juat want to play morrowind i have had the game sens the game of the year vertion came out but never had a comp that cud run it and now i have a comp that meats the requierments but i cant get it to play on vista i read that morrowind works on vitsta but it keep telling me it had to shut down do to probloms and i can see my network from my vista comp and open ftp to my xbox but if im on my xbox or xp comp i can see my vista comp but cant ofo to it i think i need to configur fire wall or somthing but its still just to new to say if i like it or not _________________ <a href="http://www.us.playstation.com/PSN/Users/BUD_TOKER_13"><img src="http://pid.us.playstation.com/user/BUD_TOKER_13.jpg" width="235" height="149" border="0" /></a>

so ive ben playing around with vista and its growing on me i finaly got morrowind to work but i still got network probs
Edit: finly got my xbox to see and acsses my vista but my xp still dont but i dont relly care about that plus i now know i love and hate vista LOL i love the look and feel but it dus need a service pack to fix sum bugs like get this i have a usb microsoft sidewinder precision 2 i plug it in it finds it it installs it in the controller section its ther and it looks like it works but in my games it dus not work like in combat flight sim ya its old but every thing works but my joy stick ohwell i still have my xp pc and it has a sidewinder pro force feedback plugs in midi _________________ <a href="http://www.us.playstation.com/PSN/Users/BUD_TOKER_13"><img src="http://pid.us.playstation.com/user/BUD_TOKER_13.jpg" width="235" height="149" border="0" /></a>
