Hi, I no longer have an xbox(it broke) but I do still have my halo 2 disk - I was wondering - would it be possible using some sort of tools to extract the multiplayer 'announcer sounds' or any other sounds via my PC? If not, would anyone be kind enough to extract the sounds for me? I really apperciate any help and i'm sorry if I sound like a beginning newbie, but i'm trying to get a project of mine done without having to buy a new xbox! Thanks in advance!

My friend borrowed it for a weekend, installed a soft mod, and basically did something that somehow corrupted the hard drive beyond repair. Is there anyway I can still exctract the sounds via my cd and pc?

Damn. I don't even have it anymore, I sold it, lol.

As far as i know you can't, because the sounds are in the maps. If you can tell me how to get the sounds of out of the maps, ive got the maps on my comp right now. _________________

I'm really not sure about extracting sounds from halo, but I'm sure it can be done. I've seen quite a few tools to do it with eagames at EAmods. My advice would be a google search. _________________

Right, I don't want to modify or alter the game in any way.. I simply wan the sonuds so I can use them in an exeternal project of mine. Any help would be greatly apperciated.. i've been trying for a while now with many different searches on how to find a way.. to no sucsess.
