Hi
I dont know if this has been discussed before or not, but i'm new to this
and i really dont know much about Xbox emulators, i'm just having problems getting Mame to work on my Xbox. Is there a tutorial or something that can explain this for someone like me who is new to this.
I just wanna try mame out on my Xbox rather then playing games like X-men Vs Street Fighter on my PC Mame.

Welcome to HQ.. .. The easiest way for you to install emulators onto your xbox would be to download Auto Installer Deluxe and burn the .iso file to a DVD-R or CDR/CDRW depending on your drive.
That way you could boot the AID disc and choose to install whichever emulator you like to.. and there is no user error involved either.
With the emulator installed on the harddisk of your xbox you could then easily ftp the rom files over to the /roms/ directory from your pc using a FTP program like flashfxp or cuteftp etc etc..

Your emulator goes inside the E:/ drive.
To add roms, the roms goes obvously inside the emulator→roms folder.
By the way, Mamer some how sucks. It as a problem running some roms perfectly, why other emulator can run the rom well. Also you can't set the controls by your self. You have to use the defualt settings:/
One more thing, you can't play Mavel vs Capcom, X-men vs Street Fighter or any of those kind of fast paced/combo busting games, because of the Xbox's limited RAM.
