There are 2 choices, but neither of them seemed to help either.

Wes - I appreciate your help. It wasn't my intention to double post. I belong to a number of sites and understand basic internet forum protocol. You may have noticed that I did stop posting in the other thread. Their were really 2 individual issues here and I was looking for answers. Not only could I not boot Aid, but I can't get a 750gb to work in a chipped box.
So far I haven't gotten anything I didn't already know/try. Nevertheless I appreciate everyones help and hope that this thread helps someone else since these larger drives are becoming more commonplace.
So far I have just used X3config to reformat the whole drive as if it were a new configuration - and reset X3 to its defaults. That allowed Aid to boot. I used Aid to one-click modchip install XBMC. I used Xbmc to load up Xbpartitioner. After about half-dozen tries it finally took as a 50/50 split on F&G. Xbpartitioner automatically uses 32kb. I am now xfering over 600+ gig of data - I will update as I progress.

Thanx man i wasent trying to jump you or anything the 2 posts are starting to look the same in subject matter.
But for real let us know how the new setup works out, i wold think redoing a 750gb drive has got to be getting old to you by now.
Good luck man.

So everything was fine until this morning. I was ftping data over and the drives were almost full, then this morning F shows half full but is blank and G is gone - like it was never there.
So I checked the X3 menu for LBA48 - All to F, no G. The only other rationale choice is F up to 137gb and G gets the rest. This option will lose me about 100gb any way you look at it.
Has Executor come out with a new bios that fixes this issue - has anyone got any ideas? The 1tb drives are coming - 750gb should just work.
So far splitting F&G into even pieces doesn't work, I've always partitioned with 32kb clusters and I've tried both the LBA48 options to no success.
Anyone?
Edit- even data that was already on the E drive got deleted. wtf

How much space is each drive getting in the last setting you used?
Have you tryed 300gb on F and the rest on G?

I don't remember the exact amount, but I let Xbpartitioner split F & G evenly on the last few tries. There is no other way to make sure you get all of the data. I can't seem to increase one partition without losing something on the other... I will try again later. I will put 300gb on F and the rest on G if I can.
What LBA48 settings should I set in X3 before I do this?

Well I've run out of options except this: Use Saved Partition Table. Set that and run the same across the board. I saw the option listed and searched for it. Another site says set it and a 750 will work. We'll see.

Man i never want a 750gb, you need to trade for a 500 or less man.
Or at least trade in on a diff brand of 750gb.

SO far so good. Filled to capacity then powered off then deleted some then powered off and now currently almost full.
The trick is to ENABLE the "use saved partition table" AND set the option for F up to 137, rest to G AND use 32kb clusters using xbpartitioner AND pray.
This should help someone in the future.
CANT WAIT FOR THE TeraBytes!

Oh and split the remaining space evenly between the partitions as anything more than 512mb WILL corrupt... had that happen with a 500gb.
