I just recently softmodded a friends xbox. My question is wat IP range do i use if he doesn't have a router to FTP his xbox (he has no internet also). Hes gonna buy a cross over cable but i wassn't sure how to get the IP address needed to FTP since its not going through a router like mine. Help me out plz thanks.

just use something like 192.168.0.1 for the xbox
And 192.168.0.100 for comp
Gateway 192.168.0.100
Should work mate
