Well some guy grabbed my phone and started pushin buttons now my phone says "PIN BLOCKED"
I called Nextel support and got routed to a pakistani who hardly spoke english, gave her info, sat there on hold for an hour, then got rerouted to another answering services then sat again on hold. Finally a guy picked up said "hello, I said "hello then he hung up on me.....
So please don't refer me to call CS.....

ok so i got online and looked up some info...
I logged into my account with the service provider and said i need a puk code...
called the CS and told them that....
they gave it to me provided i gave them all the correct info.......

been there, i locked my phone so if you tried to boot it up it would ask for a pin.. and my g/f tried to turn it on and put a wrong code in 3 times and it asked for the PUK code.. at like 1am I found my paperwork for it, and called up my service provider at 2am and got the code.. now thats good service, LOL _________________ (2) XBOX v1.4:
