yeah total noob here and I was wanting to get xbox media center to backup a few movies of mine but the current version of my softmod doesnt have this or allow it I currently used softmod installer 2.0 and have unleash x as my dashboard. I tried to install softmod installer 3.0 threw splintercell but it says I currently already have softmod files on my xbox when I try to back up C and if I try to do it without backing up C it says e/bacup/MS not valid or it will say could not find I dont know if Im doin something wrong or if I can uninstall the 2.0 and install the 3.0 the uninstall wont work for me either using the 3.0 menu. heck I dont even know if the 3.0 has media center but Im told it does Im wondering if anyone can help or even shoot me in the direction of a good newbie tutorial of how to update my softmod

All you have to do is get ahold of xbmc and put it in your apps folder. You can just run it from your app menu _________________
