I've hot XP and Vista installed on this machine, each on its own partition of the C drive with the choice of which to boot. I still prefer XP to be honest, not least for the compatibilty. But in time, I'm sure I'll come to use Vista more.

Not as bad ass 95 and 98 though... How is vista with locking up and such? _________________

Not terrible. It really depends a lot on the spec of your computer, especially processor and RAM. If they aren't adequate enough, you can find it running really slow, or freezing.

I got the free upgrade for vista but untill i know all the stuff i use work with it its staying on the floor with all my scrap xbox parts.

yea clouds right....if ur running it on a slower pc then yeah its bad for lockin up...programs not responding and such but my pc is brand new so i really haven't had any problems out of it so far _________________
