i'm not sure if this is the right area to post but i need help with tray loading. once you bang the top of the box the tray will open. any idea if its alignment needed. also while back i donated for a lifetime membership now it says i dont have vip access.

What DVD drive do you have? I will also check on your VIP status for you.

all damn my cousin and my neighbor has the same problem man do you have problems starting a game if so clean it real good cuz there might be dust and dirt build up on the tracks bro if that doesnt work then see if when you get it open push the eject to close it, if it doesnt tap one edge of the tray if it goes in then you might possibly slipped track or maybe a belt my cousins did this before and his was dirt and crap _________________ xbox AID 4.10 80GB WD

i have 3 xbox's with the samsung drive all doing the same thing. you have to bang the top most of the time to get the tray ejecting. one of them after it opens the tray then closes on its own. thx for reply
