Well, for Snes, I use xSnes9x, but another good one is ZSnesxbox. Either of those 2 will work great for your Snes needs.

As for NES, the 2 most popular ones are FCEUltraX and MednafenX-NES.

I just got FCEU for nes. Just having trouble finding roms to back up my nes cartridges.
