If you know how to FTP, its just a matter of transferring the emulators and their respective ROM's across to the Xbox. The normal location is F:\Emulators.
so do i have to download the roms, for the different emus? I m just confused cause i go to freeroms.com, and see the roms, but how do i get the respective games?

Every emulator (N64, Genesis, SNES etc) uses different ROM's, yes.
For example, the N64 emulator has ROM's that end in .z64 (for example, Mario.z64).
You can download whatever it is you're looking for, then put the downloaded file into the ROM's folder of whatever emulator you're using.
It should then play without a prob.

ok so if i download the roms, put them in f/ emulators folder, then i should be able to just place the games in the specified systems (roms folder and they should play fine). i will give it a try. do i have to put them just in the folder or a folder inside the folder?

A good place to get emulators is either #xbins google it if you dont know where it is or http://www.eurasia.nu/index.php. The best emulators are XSNES9x for super nintendo, Neogenesis for genesis/master system, surreal64 for nintendo 64 and fceultra for nes. Just so you know since you're new, roms are considered piracy if you dont own the original game so you cant talk about it on these boards. I find the best way to find them though is www.google.com _________________

Surreal is weird, it doesn't have its ROM folder in the actual root of the Surreal folder. Instead, you'll need to make a folder F:\ROMS and put them in there. When you click the arrow you should see the ROM's appear.
well i tried making a F:\ROMS folder, but it still didnt work, also since i have a xectuer chip, my emulators are in the F:\ folder, so do i need to set any rom paths or anything, cause i got the emulator but cant see the roms, it seems different, but help me out.

In the root of the Surreal folder, there's a file called Surreal.ini
If you open that, almost the first line says:
Rom Path=F:\Roms\ (or whatever it says on yours)
If thats the case, it should automatically detect any ROM's in the F:\Roms folder.
