ok i know this is off the web site but i know there is a connection with 360-hq.com ok i just started to get into xbox 360 and so i go to 360 hq.com to sign up it regesters me in to system but it wont let me sign in i tried it several times and it says incorrect login i would leave a post there but it wont let me cuz im not signed in

Normally the issue when you cant sign in is a COOKIE issue.. To fix this the best way is to remove your cookies and temporary internet cache.
You can do this easily by:
1. Opening your browser (lets say IE)
2. Choosing 'Tools' and then 'Internet Options'.
3. One this page you can delete your cookies by clicking the appropriate buttons.. You can also clear your internet cache.
Once oyu have done those steps just close your browser and restart it and log in.
just trying to help anyone who may have a similar issue.
