Just today i installed my Xbit Mod. Unfortunately when I attempted to flash my x-bit, nothing happened. The procedure to flash the chip would get through half a dozen or so blocks, then quit. Further deductions led me to conclude that the usb connection on the external board is defective, since any movement on the connector either gets me further along in the format process on the next try, or has the program produce an error that the chip cannot be found.
Is there a fix for that?
Thank yo

are you using the latest version of the XBIT Flashing software?
I have heard that they had issues with their older releases of the software to flashing the XBIT.. It could also be a problem with your pc's USB port.. Try another computer if you can.. Sometimes this is a quick fix.
