The ms dashboard loads with the chip on but off i get error 13.

So if i just reinstall the ms dashboard do i install with the hdd locked or unlocked?

just copy files.. it doesnt matter if its locked or unlocked.. Smile

Once you have the latest v1.6 M$ Dashboard files on your c:\ parititon your xbox will boot fine with the modchip turned off too.

let us know when ya get it fixed..
