idk if this is the place to post this.. if its not then just move it to the correct place.
ok a long time ago i softmodded my xbox and it worked fine for 1 month then out of nowhere it just wanted me to reinstall the softmod(it went to the autoinstall screen). so i did and when the xbox restarted the big X never went away.. i thnk my HDD got wiped.. is there any way possible to restore my dash onto it? the xbox turns on but it dosnt load a dash.

Can you still load original games? If so you can use the game you used to softmod and access the HDD and replace the m$dash files so you can re-do the softmod.
