I could not find action replay so I made a xbox to usb (female port) cable using a xbox controller extension cable and a USB extension cable, with soldering.
I am pretty sure that this cable is well connected since I could hook up the xbox controller to XBOX using this one together with another cable that I made, without any problem.
However, I tried FIVE different kinds of usb memory sticks, including a Dell 64M, and a CF card reader with CF card on it, and none of them worked. I could not see any "error message" when I started xbox,inserted the usb memory and clicked into the "memory" menu. Before using these usb sticks, I did format them to FAT32.
Oh, my xbox is V1.0, used xbox live before and K=5960
What should I do now? Anyone has any idea?

professinal quality cable, and usb unit. i built these.
