Hi gamers is it possible to share folders and stream content using just crossover cable. I'm usin XP changed the name from mshome to WORKGROUP and sharing files via wizard.

Xmbc sees workgroup but doesnt see any folders. When I try an ftp from xmbc in my files to pc it doesnt work do I need to install ftp server so xbox can act like client. (using client fillezilla @ present)

I can ftp from pc using xbox as server. Before anyone says evox or flashxp my xbox/pc config doesn't agree.

abit offtopic dvd2xbox has ftp option as well can this be used like xmbc myfiles option if there is server ftp prog?
