Just wanted to know how to update the kernel on my xbox my kernel version is 4817 and dashboard version is 5960.. Here is my problem i tried to install the ndure softmod on my xbox didn't work i thought it was my version of mechassault so i bought 2 more mechassault from blockbuster still didnt work so i thought that my xbox was cursed then i tried it on my friends xbox and worked like a charm his kernel version is 5101 with the dashboard 5960.....I dont know if the kernel makes a difference but it dont work on mine Pls!! try a differnt exploited game other than mechassult, you cant simply just update a kernel, it dont work that way. sorry. Certain kernals are for certain xbox versions. _________________
