if they're zipped up, extract it to a folder somewhere on your comptuer, so that the default.xbe is in the root of that folder. Now, FTP that over to E: or F:\games. and then launch it from the games menu of your dashboard.

this is unrelated to homebrew stuff but..

i have Xenium gold sp, and i have flashed my Evox M8 bios. When i launch the bios, in the top left corner theres a pink evox. After i launch the M8, the evoX dash should come on. The retail kernal instead comes on. I have transfered the evox dash files to my xbox C. How do i get my evox dashboard to come up?

Ah, this is an easy fix, m8. You can do one of two things. One, pop in AID, yes it will boot, and go ahead and go to the tools menu. Then launch EVTool, and tell it what dashboard file you wish to boot. DOn't have AID??? Well, hell, shoot over to www.aideluxe.com and download yerself a copy today!

Heh, that was retarded... sorry.

Your second option... Turn on your xbox, boot AID (see, you'll need it anyway... so grab it) and FTP into your xbox. See a .ini file in the root of your E drive? No, then you need to create one. In the AID download, you'll find a package called "XBox HQ Essentials". Install it. It's safe, trust me. I'm an admin... MUWAHAHAHA... no, but seriously, install it. Everything.

Now, click start, all programs, then Xbox HQ PC Essentials. Select EVTool, and once again, tell it how you want your xbox to boot. While you're here, you can change the flubber effects, color, and camera angles, as well as change your Microsoft logo to anything you really want... spiffy, eh? That tool will save your Arse, so keep it around and don't be afraid to play with it a bit. It won't bite. You have chip!!! lol.

Haha, no. Read the tutorials on how to use AID on it's website. It's an Auto Installer Deluxe Disc. Which means it's an ISO, you burn it off, and pop it into a modded xbox, and youc an install dashes, emulators, applications, and roms. NOt to mention use it to configure your softmod/chip and many other things. Seriously, read the tutorials on the site, they're very informative.

eh, it'll fluctuate. Just give it time. Go to bed or something, it'll be ready for ya in the morn. Or, just sign up to be VIP, and use the HTTP download link, or grab it off my FTP server.
