ftp into xbox delete skin from skin folder
you dont but xbmc onto dvd to install it you ftp it to the xbox onto the E:/ folder then make a shortcut in C:/

Why don't you just be a good little Llamma and download AID to install XBMC. If not, just pop it onto a data disc (you don't need to burn it as an iso) and pop it into your xbox. are you using the right kind of wire if its not a crossover cable it will make that happen
