im softmodded using sid 3.1 final and im running UnleashX, is there anyway that i can still get on xbox live?

Unmod the box otherwise you will have a high risk of being banned.

I'd suggest getting a new box. XBL scans all the boxes connected to it for modded files and you'd probably get banned in about two hours.....so it's either unmod your xbox or get a new one.
