Hey all, in lieu of the Xecuter3 being out now I was just curious to know if anyone has used it yet.

Does the chip still have to be flashed via a programmer or did they make it flashable from DVD Drive?

Also, do you still need to install on/off switch to cloak chip for xbox live.

Any and all info on this new chip would be great.
