i have an unleashx dashboard with a evo.xbe thing and i dont know how to upgrade it can anyone help

what bios are you using?
when you get the dash files onto the xbox hdd you may have to check the bios dash boot paths
the Unleashx dash has 2 main files
Unleashx.xbe and config.xml
edit the XMl file on the pc using notepad and configure it. Then FTP both files to the appropriate location on the xbox
