okay, soon, im gonna softmod my xbox. i need to know what installer(s) i should get and which versions. i know someone who has sid 4.0, but i also read somewhere on here that it has alot of bugs with it. i'm not too clear on what aid does...yes im a noob...hehe
anyways, any insight would be appreciated.

I would go with SID 4.5. It is the newest and easiet to use. It is better too. Also, if you ever wanna get on live, you can with it.
AID is an auto Installer which installs dashboards and applications straight to your xbox via a Disc. It is very handy and easy to use. _________________ Moddingbandit

okay, sounds great, i posted another topic in the noob section with some more noobish questions. but, do i have to use aid when i use sid, or can i just use aid at a later time. cause i dont have a dvd burner to make a disc
