A reply email will promptly be sent 3-5hrs from the time we received your donation. We will then instatly provide you with all the details needed for how to access all of the VIP Only areas of our sites and the external FTP servers.

I am pretty sure the VIP donation directions request that after you donate via paypal, to submit your xbox-hq username, the paypal address that you used and the amount you donated to this:
The site owner is in Australia which is a lot different time zone than us in the states, so if your in the states keep in mind they are about 11-12 hours off our time EST.

yes seriouslly i paid about 18 hours ago and there is still says i am not a vip member. the money is out of my paypal account, Ill set up a SS if you guys want to see. this is bullshit somebody do something about this.

Yeah m8, you wanna see my inbox lol after paying twice and no joy i started on paypal....told em i wanna change my password, then back to hq to change my p\w there... i can still login as a noob member lol...all this coz the lazy aussie must still be in bed (joke)... ok im in the uk so i suppose i must wait till tomorrow, god i have never spent such a stressfull $20 in all my life...but hey great site when you do finally make it past the logging in bit...Sorry, im not angry, its just a pain....Thanks again Slamscaper for replying

After you pay via paypal, YOU MUST go to the feeback form
New VIP's Please send the following information:
- Your xbox-Hq.Com Username (you should be fully registered on the website)
- Paypal Address (email used to subscribe as a VIP)
- And you should also update your profile with your Origin
It's written right on the VIP donation directions.
As far as the member that paid twice, if you don't know why you paid twice, we certainly don't. I am sure forahobby can straighten it out for you as soon as he logs in.
Just take a chill pill and hang in there. He will seriously get you set up. He is a straight forward guy who just happens to be on the other side of the world guys!! He's not out to rip ppl off of their measly 10 bux.

My VIP membership took about a day to get set up, but it was definitely worth the wait. You will not find such an abundance of downloads, tutorials, ideas & people willing to help you, I feel it would be worth it even if I had paid double!

I dont have a email from you about what your paypal address is or the username?? I did a search on your username 'simi' but there is no match with a paypal payment..
I upgrade all vip's manually at the moment and it takes quite a bit of time.. I have to reply to my 100+ emails everyday to.. So please just take a chill pill and send me you information from here:

anyway, we have plenty of VIP members here and they are all very patient as they know what we have to offer..

Im looking in so many different directions.. Im also thinking of accepting just plain VISA, AMERIAN EXPRESS credit cards too using a external company..

In all honesty, I think Simi is blowing smoke. Simi, if you really paid then I apologize for that last statement, but I'm a pretty good judge of character...and there lack of. I think you were just trying to make waves bud..which is quite sad if true. Hope you find better things to do with your time. If I was fifteen again, and oh man do I miss those years, I would be spending time tagging the young ladies and not messing with peoples heads.
I truly hope you did make a donation, because once straightened out, you will really find some benefit to this community.
