Why not make it 3.03 FULL Iso
So no one will have problems in upgrading might end up on a mistake and error
make it FULL ISO like the version 3.0

Yes, bandwidth is an issue. But I don't understand, I made a video tutorial showing people how to make a new ISO, why can't people follow it?

Ugh is there any other way to distribute the full update. Right now I'm getting a 8 kb/s download speed on the torrent and 20+upload speed. Can some nice person find some other way to host it? _________________

Nah not really, it's the easiest way for me to make sure that everyone has access to it.
However, I think the VIP Downloads section has some HTTP mirrors of the updates.
