I've had my xbox modded for quite a while now, over a year. I have downloaded all my games to the harddrive for ease of use, plus its fun to show to friends.
But here is the problem, all of a sudden I can no longer play the games off the harddrive. When I select to load the game, it loops back to evox.
I have turned off in game reset as well as cleared the x, y, and z partition.

no, i haven't tried clearing the e/cache thing yet. I'll give that a try tomorrow.
as for doing anything before it stopped working-no. I actually stopped playing it for a few months (xbox 360 came out) but when i went back to play some gta:sa, thats when i got the problem. _________________ XBOX- V1.0

did you play gta at some point and it would freeze up or turn off? or reset back to evox? i think i know whats ur problem. it has to do with your bios _________________ Xbox 360 Premium edition

wo this thread went way off target. I had been playing san andreas for a while with no problems, no rebooting or anything. the problem is recently i have not been able to play any games off the harddrive, nothing specific with that individual game though.

i'm gonna clear the cache right now though and see if that works.

update:
I cleared all the cache, x, y, z, and the c/cache. however, none of my games work. Any other suggestions, i really don't understand it why they wouldn't work. _________________ XBOX- V1.0
