i recently modded an xbox for the first time. it has a smartxx V3 chip and seagate barracuda 7200.8 400gb hard drive in it. i have been using the latest version of dvd2xbox to rip my games to the hard drive. for some strange reason darkwatch wont play. it gets to the capcom screen and then freezes but rips perfectly fine. it says there are 28 files annd take about 12 minutes to rip but wont let me play it. it also works perfectly fine with my normal xbox. any help would be greatly appreciated!!

also, on a side note, is there any program that defragments the hard drive?

some games wont play with out a hard drive fix, but if u put it to dvd it should play

No there is no way to defrag the HDD. best bet if you start to see performance suffer is to format and start over. You own the games, no problem in spending a few hours putting them back on Wink
