same thing happened to me. its the corrupt files or something you have to re-format the drive or something like that

i learned alot but i just mailed it out to a guy that can upgrade the mod chip, add a bunch of old school emulators and a bunch of roms. and fix it for a cheap price.

well glad to hear that your taking action in some sort of way. some people would consider the error 21 a total loss, so they just let their xbox sit and rot Sad , there is always an answer to an error on xbox. even if its going as far as wiping the HDD clean and startin fresh.
