ok i just installed sid 4.o nknave. then i inserted aid3 to install xbmc as my softmod dash but it booted to evox instead so i moved it to my e drive as an app, and now when i power up my xbox with drive closed i get some error saying something about xbmc.xml, and no backups boots at this point! what i want to do is install xbmc as my dash for my softmod instead of evox. but first how do i fix my current problem?

Sorry, can you explain what the problem is, I didn't quite understand anything from these piles of words.

can i just uninstall softmod then reinstall to fix it? and also, before uninstalling am i supposed to restore ms backup and restore eeprom first or does it do this automatically?
