Try to be more descriptive.
does pasct = patch?
what is your network setup? router? pc-to-xbox?
do you have evox or some other dash working?
have you changed the evox.ini file? _________________ XBOX v1.1 - Philips DVD

i am using router pc-to-xbox

there are several ways to change the evox.ini
1) use notepad to open the ini on your pc
2) go to 'system utils' > to 'settings.'
Once you have made the necessary changes click File > Save As... or scroll all the way down to the bottom and you should see Save & Exit.
It not complicated. Most of the changes will be from Yes to No or simply entering a number smaller of larger than the one present.
This is what part of mine looks like:
