can someone give me the step to apply a trainer thx

it all depends on the trainer, most u have to patch the xbe then send back to the xbox, i think thats what i did for MGS2 and the when i click both toggle sticks the menu comes up,
so u find the default.xbe of the game ftp it to ure pc, patch it then send it back to overwrite the old default.xbe, but when doing this remember to keep a back up original default.xbe in case something happens to the patched one.

Yeah i'm stuck, like the trainer that i download, doesn't come with a XBE file, so what do i do then?
