Did you check the IDE Connection/Cable and check the Power Supply?

Yes, the cable was conected.
But forgot to tell you guys, that when i was playing the power went out.
My house has this battery back-up thing, so the power just swiched over,
but it was not the right voltage (about 90 volts) so i started to smell something burning so immedily shut it off when the power came back on i turned it on and got the error mess.

Hore that helps

It could be your power supply has fried to the point where it will power up but doesnt properly function, you may have to get a new power supply.
