I even checked the compatibility of dvd ,cd and cd-rw so that everything would work correctly.
I ripped some audio songs with the original xbox menu with my new blank cd-rw burned with some audio files and everything worked well. (It was a test they wrote to check if your blank dvd, cd or cd-rw was working fine with the xbox dvd reader
The problem is that, when I boot my xbox with the Xebian installation cd that I burned, it freezes at the biggining and it's written:
2002 xbox linux team - licensed under the gpl
I bought a ps/2 mouse and keyboard adapter, but I can't write nothing and can't do nothing either with my xbox controller
and they told me to install "exu" to solve my problem
So I did everything, and now," exu" is on my xbox
I booted my xbox with "exu" installed and with the Xebian installation cd-rw that I burned but it still does the same freezing thing:
2002 xbox linux team - licensed under the gpl
Waiting for reply
Thank you

Hi,
Is there any reason why you would be running linux anyway??
Do you just want to surf the web and get email on your xbox??
If you do then i would suggest downloading AIDeluxe 2.0 which has a application which is linux based that will allow you to receive emails, surf the web and toher basic functions..
Other then that you could try DSL (dam small linux).. There are so many different versions..
Some xbox-linux installs have a problem with v1.6 machines too (from memory) but its been ages since ive eben played with linux on my xbox.
I used to run mandrake when i was released ages ago but havent used anything since.
