If I remember correctly there is a way to time the swap. Directly after you turn on the xbox you will hear 2 or 3 clicks from the hdd, on the third click is when you need to do the swap. _________________ http://www.xbox-hq.com/html/xbox-tutorials-211.html

LOL, yeah, i'm sure of it... I read this hotswap tutorial a year ago while I was in Japan, and thats what I remebered from it. I tried it like 30 times on my first hdd upgrade and it didnt work.
