I am now getting No disk drive found on /dev/hda So any ideas to help that one?
P.S sorry i am starting so many new topics...

Well you need to be more specific. You have not told us one thing that you have done to your xbox to cause this. Plz give more detaisl. Hard or softmod, retaill hdd or bigger. New tray? _________________ Moddingbandit

No affence whoever ask if im hard modding or softmodding but this is a softmod discussion.
But I used ActionReplay to ( SoftMod ) my xbox i guess i deleted something i shouldent have, And I have followed pirrups Hotswap tutor and my hard drive is not unlocking I am getting the error ( No Disk drive found on / dev / hda ) And thats about all.

I had the same problem for awhile. My problem was a "duh" part on me. In MY case, I wasn't properly swapping IDE cables. What I had to do was unplug the dvd drive (xbox) power cable & IDE cable. Leave the xbox hard drive IDE plugged in when you power on the xbox. It'll go to an error screen. Then, swap the IDE from the xbox hard drive to the computer. Then turn the computer on. Then it recognized it and all was well. I know you are probably doing it right, but that was my problem. _________________ XBOX v1.6c

your timing isn't correct (swap)
ok try this :
boot the xbox and look at the power circle , when it starts flashing thats the time to switch the ide cable (but be very fast you got like 2 seconds)
